Synthos is an AI-powered platform that helps IT leaders assess, manage, and improve their IT operations. The Service provides conversational AI guidance, IT framework assessments, task prioritization, and related features.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person per account — shared accounts are not permitted.
You agree not to: abuse or overload the Service, attempt to access other users' data, use automated tools to scrape or stress-test the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Synthos uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, assessments, and task suggestions. This content is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional IT consulting, legal, or compliance advice. You are responsible for validating and implementing any recommendations in the context of your specific environment.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to Synthos. We use your data only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
We strive to keep Synthos available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is currently in beta and features may change, be added, or be removed. We will provide notice of material changes when possible.
Synthos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
